Up-dated to new WP version and site won't work

  • Our blog worked great. Then we succumbed to the WP update now message. It crashed our blog and we cannot even get to the admin page or dashboard.
    No. We do not have a database backup. That proved too difficult to do.
    What can we do to roll back to the previous version that worked?
