Up Dating Plugins

I try to UP date my plugins it goes through the motion but never update it get’s to about 1/3 unpacking but it seems to get through the process, it get’s hung up and goes on for hrs and never update so i need help. I need to update 3 plugins Please Please help me

I”ve got protection so i havn’r been hacked as yet thank the good lord.
