Up-sell & Cross-sell not working

  • Hello and good day.

    Up-sell & Cross-sell are not populating all products when completing title product.

    Some products are there but its not seeing all of them.

    I have tried different variations of the title word with no success.

    Sorry for missing your topic.
    There’s a limit of 8 items for Upsells hence you can only see 8 products in the upsells popup.
    Regarding crossells, I don’t see you have any so not sure what you mean, please clarify.

    8 items per upsell for all products or per product?

    I have about 50 products. Are you saying that’s 8 items spread over those 50 products?

    The Cross-sells for the products I was wanting to select are not populating.

    Some of the upsell items were capable of being selected because they appeared in the selection box. But not all of my products are showing up regardless of how many items I have selected.

    It’s 8 items that show in the upsell popup of each product.
    Regarding crossell, please send me url of a product that you already create crossell for and a screenshot of how you config it.
