Up sell doesn’t work

    I am testing this out but it isn’t working.

    UPSELL
    I set and saved a product to upsell. It does not appear on the page.

    CROSS SELL
    In the cross sell part only one product shows up next to the add to cart button and when you press add to basket it says “Sorry, this product cannot be purchased.”

    Also it appears as an icon you have to click in the corner of the screen. Can it be set to pop up on the page.
