up sells and cross sells

Hi @beitsiach,

With Astra, upsells products will display on the single product page while cross-sells will display on the cart page. It seems like you have redirected product purchase to Amazon. In this case, cross-sells might not display on the cart page since the theme does not have control over the Amazon cart page. But upsells are expected to display on the single product page.

Can you please check this scenario. If you still face the issue kindly open a support ticket from here and provide more details.

My bad, I didn’t direct you to the specific product I have already set up with upsells and cross sells. Here it is (in Hebrew, sorry, but it should work the same):

I did not make the Amazon or other affiliate products with up sells and cross sells, as they direct to a different site, so what would be the point?

Can it be that they do not show because the catalog visibility is set to hidden?
If so, how to make specific products show ONLY in the up-sells or cross-sells?

Hi @beitsiach ,

Seems like we need to update our woocommerce option string. The string UpSell is actually Cross-Sell. We would update the string in our future update.

Further, if you wish to remove or add any product with its Cross-Sell or Up-Sells option, then you need to do it manually by add or removing the product. Here is the screenshot that would help.

I WAS adding them just as in your screenshot, as you say – manually. Is there a different way?

We would release the update related to upsell string once our Astra 2.0 is released, which is expected very soon.
