You could use the Profile template since that shows the photo and the bio.

It only shows light or dark template

You can choose to use any of the templates by setting the template shortcode option.

As an alternative to utilizing the template shortcode option, please navigate to the Connections Templates admin page and click the Birthday tab. Click the Activate button to use your desired template.
