I’m having the exact same problem. After clicking Next Step, I get an error message that says “error” with no other information about what the error is. I click ok on the error pop up and then just get a spinning circle. Last week it worked fine.

I tried disabling all plugins with no luck. Running the latest Divi theme by Elegant Themes but afraid to disable it because I do not want to lose settings.

Is it possible to downgrade to an earlier version of the plugin?

please deactivate the “Ajax step” option and enable the wordpress debug to see the error notice.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just disabled Ajax step and added define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); to my wp-config.php file but now when clicking the Next Step button on the services page it takes me to a blank page URL ending in /?sln_step_page=services

I don’t see any errors displayed on the page though.

I sadly have the same issue, it was running perfectly before today, and only been live for a couple of weeks to try it out. I have disabled online booking for now and will return in the morning for assistance as I love this plugin and want it so much to work.
Everything up to date and running Crimson Rose theme.

Tried to change the settings and noticed by chance – when changing the order of steps the plugin works.
Booking rules -> Changing the order of conditions of the application forms
When the check mark is not checked, the plugin works

But I use a different order. And when a check mark is set, the error is returned.

As far as I understand now with any actions, somewhere will be recorded an action file. Where can I see it?

you can see the errors inside the debug.log file inside wp-content folder .. be

sure that you enabled define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
