Update 1-20 issues with sticky header menu

1.clear cache & then
2.force-refresh the page with CTRL+F5.

i have the same problem & it worked for me

Have you tried the steps pirateking is suggesting? It looks like the new style.css isn’t loading for you there.

Clearing the cache did not help me, same issue. I also have a magnifying icon and an X in the search button at all times.

Even opened the site in Edge, which I never use and have the same issue. Even after clearing cache there as well.

Primary browser is Chrome.

If you go here: https://bassfamilyrecord.com/wp-content/themes/gridzone/style.css What version does it say? If I refresh the css, it loads the latest. It was 1.1.5 when I first loaded it.

Try to purge cache of the website, not the web browser.

I’d just rechecked and it looks correct now. Didn’t think of clearing cache on the WP side, new to that. I know how to clear the site cache, guess I should have just been more patient. It’s a really good theme, and I very much appreciate the effort and support.

@muserelle – I think we have the answer for you how to fix the issue: Purge WP site cache and refresh the website with CTRL+F5.
