• Hello

    The Update 1.6.4 which I performed today on my site did reset all the global settings from Kubio. Is this a known bug? I hope there will be a fix, in order to prevent future updates from resetting the globals, as it is really annoying.

    Does anyone have similar issues?

    Do you remember from what version did you upgrade to exactly ?

    The 1.6.4 update only fixes some documentation links and other page links to the Kubio site.

    I did update from 1.6.3. But it might be possible, that the resetting wasen’t caused by an update. I had it once more afterwards, that the globals were reset, but it was “fixed” by reloading the page. Also on the frontend in rare occasions the page loads with the default Kubio Globals (Color Scheme, Spacing, Fonts, …) and it reverts to correct when reloading one or multiple times. This isn’t really acceptable for a website, to sometimes show a completely other colorscheme by accident, is it?

    Thank you for getting back to us with more information on the issue. Could you please let us know if you are using any caching / optimization issues? Based on your description it may be the case that they are not removing the cache. In your reply please also include a link to your website.

    The Website is only using Nginx server side caching, there is no caching enabled/installed in WordPress itself.

    I’m afraid, I don’t think I’m not able to share the link to the website on the forum, because the site isn’t public yet.

    Hi, I thought the issue had resolved itself, but this isn’t the case. From time to time this bug continues to occur… What can I do to prevent this? Or is this a known issue?
