Update 1.6.7.28

Hello everyone!

Update 1.6.7.28 of Simply Schedule Appointments, WordPress booking plugin, includes:

• Fix for the Upcoming Appointments module so that users who schedule bookings before account creation on the site can also view those previously created bookings.
• Fix for the WordPress dashboard widget translations.
• Added unique classes to the booking form fields for easy CSS targeting and styling.
