    Hello,

I have updated the photo gallery’s plugin few days ago to version 1.8.4 and now if I want to edit an existing page or add a new page to my WordPress site I’have a blank page with the following error message: “The editor has encountered an unexpected error” and I have 3 choices: Attempt recovery, copy post text and copy error.

    Attempt recovery doesn’t do anything.

If I deactivate the plugin everything works fine.

Has someone a solution? I wouldn’t like to loose my existing galleries.

    Thanks.

  • I’m experiencing a variation of this problem with a customer site (Version 1.8.4, WP Version 5.7.8).

The editor works fine (the site is using WP Bakery Editor) however when logged in, the top bar is malformed.

Deactivating the plugin resolves these issues.

Commenting to stay in the loop on a fix to this.

    Dear @saymi,

To fix the issue for now please go to Photo Gallery menu in your WP admin dashboard and disable the Show all PageSpeeds score elements in WordPress admin option.

To troubleshoot and suggest a permanent solution we have to kindly ask you to contact our dev team via [email protected] as they will require additional details on the case,

Please, let me know once it’s done – will be looking forward to getting in touch
