• Hi together!
First of all: thank you for pushing the update from today! The notice now is closable forever.

    I noticed 1 thing:
My Logo is 537 x 68 and the following occurs:
When I adapted the size of the Logo for the mobile header (for example height = 30) after a backroll to the original sydney-header (via options.php) on mobile-view it’s way to small. On PC and Tablet-view it’s displayed correctly.

    BUT:

Going back to the new header, changing the mobile height to 100 (for example), then rolling back to the old header, results in a correct displayed logo on pc, tablet and mobile.
Maybe there’s some potential for a bug-fix so that those “steps” won’t be necessary for other users.

One question that I got: will future users also have the possibility to use the old header? – Maybe they will have to edit the value of the sydney-header in the options to “0”?

And another one: If the day might come, that I will want to use the new layout, it’s the right way to change sydney-update-header-dismiss to “0” and then click on “use new header”, no?

    Best regards!

  • Hi,

To switch between the headers you would edit sydney-update-header, 0 or 1, regardless if you are a new user or old user.

The logo size you describe I guess happens because you changed your logo height on the new header, then went back to the old header. Then you repeated the steps in order to fix it.

Yes, but one step didn’t work: deleting the logo and adding it by new. Also changing it to another logo didn’t help with the “height”. I really had to go to the new-header, change it to height “100” and then back to the original to undo the changes.
