    Hi peeps,

I have tried updating to ver. 2.0.2 and it messed up my site afterwards. I didn’t know where to start checking, so I went ahead and deleted the theme, downloaded and installed ver.1.4.2 from the ThemeZee site and the problem got fixed. I updated to ver. 2.0.2 again just to test it out and sure enough, my site got messed up again. Anyone else had this problem w/ the new theme update?

    Hi there,

Thanks so much for using Gridbox.

You can learn more about the update on https://themezee.com/2020/08/updates-for-improved-navigation-menus/

Please make sure to clear your WordPress caching plugins and reset any CSS & JS minification plugins after installing the update! Then everything should run smoothly.

In case you’re using the Pro Version, please make sure that you install both the updates for the Theme and Pro Version Add-on, not just one product. Theme and plugin are very closely intertwined here, so both updates should be run.

    Cheers,
    Thomas

I tried your suggestion but unfortunately it didn’t work. I updated to ver.2.0.2 then afterwards deleted all cache using WP-Optimize plugin, which I have had for a long time. Minify feature was also disabled. Any other suggestions?

@themezee I reverted my theme back to ver.1.4.2 so it’s working fine at the moment. I’m very busy at the moment, but I may reach out to you during the weekend to deal with this. Thanks!
