Update 3.0.2 broke the menu

    Unfortunately, the plugin update (curiously enough from v2.0.7 to v3.0.2) doesn’t work. What does work are all the ‘PRO’ options. But a functional menu is gone…

    Im going to try back to version 2.0.7

    Hi,

    The lay-out is completely changed; child menu items do not appear. And also the normal links simply don’t work anymore.

    Im back to 2.0.7 and all is working again.

    Can you share which theme you are using so that we can test and see what’s the issue.

    Of course, it’s a theme created by Themify and it’s called ‘Basic’. Also with other themes form Themify things are working weird.

    – The triangle (for child menu) is now placed at the end, instead of before the menu-item
    – The logo is now placed underneath the menu bar.

    I don’t have any test environment working. I updated the plugin, saw all the unwanted changes and I moved back to the previous version.

    I think you have been too enthusiastic changing settings. I’ve been using this plugin for years with great satisfaction.

    I understand your concerns and we are just trying to make things better for you. We will definitely do a cross test with themify themes and release an update to fix the things.

    Really sorry for the issue. We are noting down all the issues and will release fix asap for the problems you have mentioned.

    We are just trying hard to help you guys but you can always create a support topic instead of putting it in review.

    The version 2.0.7 is also developed by us but you never gave us a good review and be thankful to us that we created something for free but when a issue arised you came up with a 1 star review. This really demotivates us to provide free support and help.

    Please update your review if you can and even if you can’t then also we will keep updating the plugin until it get to a place where everyone is satisfied.

    Hello @jeroenonstenk,

    Please update to version 3.0.3 and hopefully, it will fix all the issues you had mentioned.

    The only thing is that the submenu icon is placed at the end intentionally.
