Update 3.3.4 to 3.3.5 error (“Failed to create directory”)

    Hi!
    Trying to update the plugin ClickToChat from 3.3.4 to 3.3.5 but getting error “Update failed: Failed to create directory. click-to-chat-for-whatsapp / new / inc / group”
    WordPress ?5.8
    Apache/2.4.41
    PHP 7.4.16
    Can you help me to solve it?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    It might be permissions issue or disk space issue.
    please delete the plugin and install again.

    or
    May be the hosting providers blocking the scripts.
    Is it possible to contact the hosting providers regarding this. ( to update the permissions or if hosting is blocking the files )

    Thank you for quick responce. It really was just a disc space issue. Solved.
