Update 3.5 is a mess with the navigation bar

    Oh my word!! The biggest problem with my menu bar.

    1) the search in the menu bar now makes it double the height (I want it small but with the search over to the side, like it was)

    2) the gradient, which really used to be a lovely gradient, is not two shades on top of one another, no gradient at all.

    3) the bar below the menu (shaded grey) now looks like an eyesore. How can I remove that altogether?

    OK, I found the code in another query and changed #1 above.

    Just need an answer to make the gradient truly that and not 2 shades on top of one another. And to get rid of the grayish bar below the navigation bar.

    Have you tried the theme on a smartphone?
    Despite the code for the menu, plus dual line but I do not see the icon for the menu responsive, hidden by the search field
