If you quickly disable the woocommerce plugin… does the message go away?

You can either try to contact WooThemes and see if there’s an update for the WooCommerce or try to update the library yourself.

In one of my sites I’ve fixed the warning by just upgrading to the last BlockUI version.

I think it is because of directly call the jquery library from google api. I think some of the plugin has using the jquery api instead of using default library in wp-includes folder.
This is the actual problem i face too in my site but not now.
