update 4.2.2

  • Hi,

    have problems updating tot 4.2.2. After downloading the zip files is being unzipped but it gets stuck. Nothing happens. Have several websites and on one of them https://www.lwts.nl have deactivated all plugins. that didn’t help, unfortunately. anyone an idea what is going wrong?

    – If auto install does not work on your server, then try MANUAL updating. Download a fresh copy of the WordPress .zip file to your computer, unzip it, and use that to copy up all files and folders EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory. You may need to delete the old copies of files & folder on your server before uploading the new ones. Read the Manual Update directions first.
