Since the latest update my homepage (directory listing) messed up. Seems to be a jQuery conflict or something to do with XML-RPC.
Tried checking/uchecking several options in System and WP tweaks but nothing does. Only deactivating the plugin brings back the site to normal state.

Can’t post a link because it’s a dev site but would be able to do so by email.

    Thanks!

    Great – done!
    Many thanks.

    Hey John,

If you disable the Default Blacklist that should do the trick. The conflict is with the HTTP Referrer Blocking portion listed below. I’m going to need to dig in deeper to find out why, but I thought I’d let you know so you can reactivate the plugin.

    # Start Abuse HTTP Referrer Blocking
    	RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} "^https?://(?:[^/]+\.)?semalt\.com" [NC,OR]
    	RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} "^https?://(?:[^/]+\.)?kambasoft\.com" [NC,OR]
    	RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} "^https?://(?:[^/]+\.)?savetubevideo\.com" [NC]
    	# End Abuse HTTP Referrer Blocking
    	RewriteRule ^.* - [F,L]

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

That’s right, it now works fine again!
Many thanks for your kind assistance and I really hope you’ll be able to find out the cause of this issue…
    Best of luck!

Any news on that? Have the same issue over and over again… appears suddenly.

    Hey Matthias,

I’d suggest not using the Default Blacklist if it is indeed the exact same issue. The list is currently slated for some upgrades and should be more efficient soon.

    Thanks,

    Hi Gerroald,

Is this issue solved with this new update 4.9 or do we still need to keep this setting unchecked?

    Thanks!

    Hey John,

This hasn’t been fixed 4.6.9. I’d suggest keeping it disabled for now.

    Thanks for you patience,

    Gerroald
