Did you check the server error logs? most probably you will find some error messages there which could help in this case.

Also, this message you mentioned is related to Internet Explorer, I wonder what did you get using Chrome or Firefox?

I update to v6.2.2 and does not work.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot, as I can see it shows ERR_CONNECTION_RESET, did you check the server error log file?

Is your website hosted on a Windows server?

XAMPP

I will assume XAMPP is installed on Windows OS, if this is the case, then please check “I see a “connection reset” error message after updating” article on our documentation.

Knowing that:

Wordfence is tested and works on Linux or other Unix type operating systems. We do not recommend using Wordfence on Windows/IIS. Though we have reports of Wordfence working on IIS and other Windows web server platforms they are not officially supported.
