Update a contact form in WPForms ends in white /blank screen when AGCA is active

    Issues plugin “Custom Dashboard & Login Page – AGCA”

    I have/had two issues by using this plugin:
    1. When using plugin “WPForms” to update a contact form a white or blank screen returns.
    a. I have deactivated all current active plugins except WPForms. Then I activate all plugins one by one. It was always possible to update a contact form within WPForms. After activating the AGCA plugin and trying to update a contact form it returns a white or blank screen!
    b. Finally I have deactivated and deleted the plugin within wordpress and in the plugin directory on host. After install the latest version, activate, define the settings within AGCA (7.1.1) and trying to update a contact form it returns still a white or blank screen!
    2. On update to “WordPress 6.1” I got the message “Download failed: Not Found. Installation failed.” The corresponding zip-file was not found (https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/release/nl_NL/wordpress-6.1.zip…)
    a. After deactivating the AGCA plugin I don’t have any problem by updating to WP 6.1.
    The current workaround is: deactivate plugin AGCA, update WPForms and activate plugin AGCA again.
    I spend already a lot of time to search out this problem. Can someone give me a solution for this issue?

    Hi!

    Please open the browser’s console and see if there are any JavaScript errors there. If there are any errors, please post back here so we can see how to resolve that issue. This is most likely some compatibility issue for your speciffic scenario, since we were not able to reproduce it with the default settings.

    Hi,

    Do you have any public link to share that shows this error? Or, if you have any steps to reproduce starting from the blank WordPress setup? If you want, you could also temporarily share the credentials to “[email protected]” or some screenshots.

    I have tested WPForms within the latest version of AGCA. Everything seems to be ok. Thanks!
