If a user has already subscribed to a list, then no matter what I do, I can’t update the profile through a new submission with the same email.

If a user has booked a viewing for a date early spring. Then he can’t book a new date on the same list.

Can’t change firstname, lastname or any custom fields – nothing is sent through to klaviyo.

I tried to activate the debug log, but the file never shows up in the folder.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

That is really good, and it works by updating the profile with the new fields – but it doesn’t seem to allow me to subscribe to two different lists in klaviyo still?

If I set the ListID to another list, and subscribe again, then the profile will be updated – But the user is not added to the new list.

Kind regards – And thank you for the quick support

Might actually be something with the list settings in klaviyo..

Hi @stender89 , maybe you right (if you set the list to Double opt-in then new subscribers need to confirm their subscription before being added to the list). If you don’t want this – then just change the list to Single opt-in and try again.

Anyway, i just release a new version allow you to add a user/profile to multi list once by type in multi list ID in the klaviyo List ID setting (separate by comma). Please update and try it yourself.
