    Hi Marc,
Which update are you referring to?

    (@marcfuller)

Upon DISABLING the Genesis Communities CPT plugin the error disappears, Unfortunately the plugin is needed for the site functionality. Let me know if/when you would like me to provide access or turn the plugin on.

    Thanks in advance.

What was the update you did before the error started?

    Thread Starter marcfuller

    (@marcfuller)

    I updated straight to 0.7.1

Also try enabling the plugin and disabling other plugins until the error goes away – that may helpful identify a conflict between the plugins.

Please send me your login credentials to support @ jackiedelia.com and I will have a look as soon as I can. Did you make a backup before updating by chance?

    Done, credentials should arrive shortly.

    Yes to backups.

Thanks. I did log in and as soon as I activated the plugin I got the error – but I am unable to disable the plugin again. Please restore your backup for now to the earlier version of the plugin. I do not have a way to troubleshoot the issue at this point. I’ll need FTP access as well and perhaps a staging site to test.

After you restore, visit the plugin settings and see what the sort option is to and reply here. Thanks.

I believe I had identified the issue – I can reproduce it with version 0.7.1 installed AND with Social Warfare plugin enabled. I’m testing a fix for this – once you have your site back up, please post here.

Site is back.Do you still need FTP?

    Hi Marc,
No I will not need access. I believe I have isolated the issue and will have a fix this week for it. If you’d like to test it out, please let me know and I can send you a link to download it.

Sorry for the trouble on this one.
