    With the latest update several things have happened.

    I was using a third party mobile menu called Blurry Menu. It stopped working. I was also using this code from the WordPress forum on this theme to remove the mobile menu that is part of the theme and it now no longer works:

    #mobile-menu-1 {
    display: none;
    }

    I have it in the custom css section of the theme options based on an older thread. I had been working fine for months.

    Also, now, my master sliders don’t work. Neither the php includes or the short code.

    How do I fix all of this?

    And now, of course, the developer wants money to tell me why something that has been working perfectly for six months is now broke. Fraud much?

    Hi David,

    Unfortunately free support doesn’t include: Theme customization, Custom coding, Support for 3rd party plugins.

    We don’t provide support if you make own changes and use 3rd party plugins like Blurry Menu, Master slider.

    I can recommend reset theme to default setting or simple use any other free theme.

    Best regards

    Yes, I’m certain no one would ever want to use a third party plugin to develop an actual Woocommerce site. And maybe if your slider actually worked, and your mobile menu was decent, I wouldn;t need to and then I MIGHT buy the paid version. Step it up, then get paid. That’s how I make a living. ??

    Hi,

    We haven’t got the paid version of Fruitful theme. It’s a free template.
    If you set up this theme without third party plugins it always works correctly.
    You can try to use other free theme.

    No. It does not. The slider does not adapt properly. Which is why I had to use a third party slider. No matter, I was able to get the slider to work through my own research and now will be looking for a new template to migrate to.

    The whole idea with working with WordPress is that everything is a third party plugin. You release new releases about twice a week and every time there is a compatibility issue. THAT is YOUR issue. I will not pay for support on something that YOU cause weekly.

    Nice try though.
