Update book appointment form text

The easiest way to change that text is through a plugin.
I recommend: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/say-what/

After you install and activate it go to your dashboard -> Tools -> Text changes and add a new one like this (example): https://gyazo.com/12e099cf907af32608754588e2a10355

The text domain is: regina-lite instead of ‘regina’ like you see in that screenshot.
