Update breaks plugin; Pro version does not deliver; License can not be activated

  • Step 1: Upgraded to Premium yesterday, totally not aware of brand name change and features change.

    After Network activating Premium, third party forms didn’t work anymore.

    Step 2: wanted to revert to ol d (free) version with the old name, but did a plugin update first. After plugin update, brand name was changed and third party form functionality was removed.

    Step 3: The free plugin was now asking for a license. But the license could not be activated.

    Step 4: deleted free version of plugin. Now the Pro version started asking for license. But the license could not be activated.

    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    End result: paid for the upgrade to Pro, left with no functioning plugin.

    It’s weekend, support mail says plugin maker does not work in weekend (I bet they do, though)

    I reverted to a backup of the old free plugin and now the third party forms are working again,

    Thank you for using our plugin. I am sorry you have encountered such an issue. However, since this is an issue with the Premium edition we cannot support you on this forum but only via email.

    That is so true.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
