Update Broke Cart and Plugin

    After I updated the plugin I had the issue another person here was having where the add to cart will stay loading and set my site to 100% CPU usage. I then downgraded the plugin back to 2.4.5 but after doing so none of my discount rules apply to any of my products. I’ve tried uninstalling and installing the plugin again and recreated all my rules but nothing seems to work. Is there any way I can do a complete clean out of the plugin and reinstall? I’ve also deactivated all my plugins+themes and the issue still occurs.

    Have you updated our plugin to our latest version 2.5.1?
    Can you clear the cache once and give it a try?

    Hi @dyzmva ,
    Just to follow up, Only the PRO version is 2.5.1.
    If you are using the Discount Rules PRO version, please make sure that the PRO version (there is a core and PRO plugins) of the plugin is updated to 2.5.1, which is the latest.

    Hi, I seemed to be able to get it fixed by rolling back my website and redoing the install. All is working fine except the wholesale suite compatibility. If applying a discount rule on an item, it grabs my lowest wholesale rate instead of the user’s current wholesale level to do the discount rules on.

    I tried clearing the cache for prices and the wholesale suite compatibility option is on.

    Thanks for letting us know.

    Are you trying to apply discount from wholesale price for wholesale customers ?
    Is wholesale customer’s price gets changed while applying discount rules ?

    Have you chosen the below setting “Calculate discount from -> Sale price” from our settings tab ?
