• Hello,

After updating this plugin to version 1.4.2 and up, my header is not working correctly. The website was transferred to me from another web developer and honestly that could be part of why I can’t seem to fix the issue.

The header is supposed to be solid red when you first go to the website and then when scrolling it is supposed to turn to a transparent red and then the further down the page you go, the header should turn to a transparent gray.

Everything was working fine until the update to versions 1.4.2 and 1.4.3 with this plugin.
Now the header is completely transparent with no color when you first go the website. It will flicker red but the red disappears. Then, while scrolling down, it is only red and will not turn to gray even though I have Background Color set to On and the color set to Gray inside of the sticky header options.

I have included a link to the website so you can see what I mean. Refresh the page to see the red flicker. Any info helps. Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@faithrebel can you turn off the transparent header option please. Also you should use the elementor motion effects to set the header to sticky top and offset it the height of the grey top section.
I noticed your logo on mobile is expanding outside of the header instead of shrinking. You might need to make sure the logo width and shrink percentage are set correctly.
Let me know if that helps

    Hello @rwattner

    1. I have turned off Transparent Header option. This brings back the red, but the spacing and margin is all messed up now. Also, it still will not turn grey when scrolling down the page.

    2. The elementor motion effects have been set to ON and the header has been set to sticky top for awhile now. I just set offset to 2.

    3. Thank you, I will work on the logo shrinking issue.

    4. I feel as if the settings I am playing with are not taking effect even after I save changes.

    Thanks for all your help.

@rwattner My sticky header effects options for DESKTOP are set to:

    1. Scroll distance 60px
    2. Transparent Header: OFF
    3. Background Color: ON and set to grey
    4. Bottom Border: OFF
    5. Shrink Header: ON, Header Height 44px after scrolling
    6. Shrink Logo: ON, Logo Height 70% after scrolling
    7. Change Logo Color: OFF
    8. Blur Background: OFF
    9. Hide Header on Scroll Down: OFF

It seems like your settings should be working fine. Are you clearing your site and browser cache? Have you tried viewing the page in an incognito window?

    @rwattner

Yes, I have cleared Cache on my browser for everything, for all time. I have also tried incognito mode many times.

Everything was working until I updated to the newer version of this plugin and I spent a long time troubleshooting to isolate the issue with my header.

Even now, I am trying to fix the logo shrink issue via mobile and that does not seem to be working.

    Thanks for working with me.
