Hello, thank you both for reporting this issue. I am currently working on a fix, and should be releasing a new version of the plugin very soon.

Plugin update now available. After updating, please make sure to clear your browser cache so the new JavaScript file can load properly. Thanks again for reporting, and let me know if any further issues, glad to help.

    Glad to help:

    1) “We are still getting this error when trying to use the new version:”

Which version of PHP are you using?

    2) “Also, the jquery error exists still.”

What is the jQuery error that you are seeing, or do you have a link to the page that displays the form.

    3) “Could this be looked into or could we get the previous version?”

Yes I am looking into this, but need more info. Also you can get previous versions from here:

As i had pointed earlier, am still getting the issue while logged in. but when am not logged in all seem to be ok. I disabled the plugin while logged in and the all is well, So u need to check the issue fully.

I followed all the instructions as u had pointed on this thread.

Yes I understand that you are getting an error, but that doesn’t tell me anything useful. In order to investigate, I’ll need some information. Here are some things that would really help to diagnose and resolve any issue:

    1. USP version
    2. PHP version
    3. The specific error message that you are seeing

Without knowing some details, there’s not much I am able to do. The plugin has been updated several times in the previous few days, with all reported bugs being fixed. In other words, we’re not seeing the issue you describe, so you’ll need to provide more information to help us understand what might be happening.

    Php version 7.1
    Usb – Version 20171105

As i had pointed out earlier – After activating the plugin, as an admin or user who is logged in i can’t see the featured images on my my website, i.e on the front end. But when am logged out i can see the featured images.

Currently the plugin is deactivated due to the issue.

There is no specific errors i am seeing.

It sounds like another plugin is interfering with normal functionality. If you can look at your site’s or server’s error logs and find any associated errors or warnings, that would be the most useful to figure out what’s happening. Otherwise, you will need to do some basic troubleshooting of your WordPress plugins and theme. Even without an actual error/warning message (i.e., line in the error log), troubleshooting your plugins and theme can help determine the source of the issue.
