Update broke my WP admin

    I updated to the latest version yesterday and now am getting this message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in /nfs/c06/h06/mnt/95421/domains/goodplacemoving.com/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-product-review/includes/admin/class-wppr-global-settings.php on line 338

    Please advice on how to revert or delete plugin

    yes , continua o mesmo erro, na hora de ativar o plugin “Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in /home/ – /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-product-review/includes/admin/class-wppr-global-settings.php on line 338”

    I’m getting a similar error message after updating WordPress:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or ‘$’ in /home2/guymcd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-product-review/class-wppr-autoloader.php on line 88

    How can I deactivate the plugin without using the WordPress dashboard?
