Update Button "Grays Out" When Updating Pages

I thought perhaps that this problem would be cleared up with Ver 3.9.1. Anyway when updating pages the update button “grays out” and you can’t save your updates. In 3.9 you could retrieve your updates via restore, but that doesn’t work with 3.9.1. I lost about 5 minutes of updates to my homepage.
