    Hi

    I want to increase the availability of participants who can book. I have increased the numbers available at each time and day. The maximum number reflects this, but booking numbers are still restricted to the earlier smaller amount.

    How do I get Booking Activities to allow this increase? Do I have to delete each occurrence and start again?

    Hello,

    No you don’t need to delete the events to increase their availability,

    First, you need to increase the availability in each events’ settings. Updating the availability in the activity’s settings won’t update the events availability.

    Then, can you make sure that you don’t have set other restrictions in your activity’s settings > Availability tab? (empty all fields to make sure)

    If you are using a cache plugin / tool, clear your cache and set the Booking Activitiess > Settings > “When to load the events?” option to “After page load”.

    Hi

    Thank you. I found the problem. I had increased availability in each calendar entry and this progressed OK. I also increased the availability in the settings on the left-hand side of the screen, but this did not save at the time I asked for help.

    I have increased the availibility. It saved correctly this time, and now all works as it should.
