    Hi. The new update (4.49.0) to the plugin crashed my site and had a “critical error”. What is causing this?

    Do you really expect to get a reaction from the MailPoet-“team”?
    All my mailpoet installations stopped working, the admin area was blank and source code showed that there was no output created between <header> and <footer>
    As I found no info about this anywhere I even subscribed to the business plan because only paying users get direct support and I wrote them 3times with all available infos

    NOT ONE REACTION AT ALL, even that I was a paying user… money wasted and I switched to other product with more friendly (which means “existing” ) support
