Cloudflare has API to manage DNS settings, perhaps you can use it.
It is no way to do with WordPress and is to be handled elsewhere,
good candidates are – system crontab with script (not necessarily PHP) or a program

For more info – ask CloudFlare support, refer to their documentation or whatever

Will this work on siteground hosting?

If you meant crontab – most hosting’s have system crontab enabled for most hosting plans. For more info refer to your hosting support.

However, i dont get the point, all hostings give your site static IP address, not a dynamic one, it will never (except some rare situations) change.

I was talking about my ISP provider here if they giving me a dynamic IP address which they are then you have to keep on updating it on Cloudflare under “IP Access Rules”

If you don’t then you get access denied that’s if you set it up so only you can access your website.

Any more help regarding this would be nice maybe a youtube I can’t seem to find one thank you for your help.
