Update conflict with WP BACKERY page builder

Hey,
I’m not a wp Bakery user. It’s hard to imaging a conflict with our email designer though, can’t think of anything that would be running in that space. Can you right click and click “inspect” and then look in the console log in your browser. What errors show there?

Hi Ben, maybe I misspelled it. Sorry. When I updated woocommerce and the Kadence email designer plugin, WP BACKERY stopped working as I show you in the photo, I cannot make changes. When I deactivate your plugin, it returns to normal. Do you recommend reinstalling or updating again via FTP?

I don’t have wp Bakery so I can’t test. I’m asking if you can go right to where you took that screen shot, right-click and click “inspect” in your browser in the popup. That will open the dev tools and you can click on the “console” tab. There should be a read out of the errors on the page. That will help me understand what is happening.

Thanks for sending. That doesn’t have anything with our email designer. Very odd, can you do the same test, deactivate our plugin and then go in and edit a page and look at the console log?

Hi Ben, I have reinstalled the plugin from root via FTP and the problem seems to have been solved. Sorry for the inconvenience
