update counties list

    Hi

    I am struggling with Gravity Forms and have spent ages trying to figure out how to customise it to UK format.

    I found your plugin and thought it was the answer. However your plugin list of counties (repeated everywhere on google for this problem) – does not seem to have an accurate list of counties.

    For example, i am in Liverpool, Merseyside. Merseyside is a county. All my clients will be in Merseyside. But it does not feature on the dropdown list. This makes your add-on unusable for me.

    I am sure there is a simple way of changing your plugin on my side – but i cannot figure out how to do it.

    Can you help me, or release an update with correct counties?
    There may be other counties that are missing, i am not sure, but I only need ‘Merseyside’ to be default.

    you’ll have a states array, add it to this list.
