• When I did the update this morning I got the white screen of death. Deleted the plugin, downloaded most recent version and I get the following error when I try to activate it:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home1/azrvreso/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-property/core/class_core.php on line 456

    Please help,
    Terry

    Hello.

You need to update php version on your server.

    Regards.

Updating to the latest php 5.4 does not fix the issue. Will you give your plugin a look over and see if there might be another solution? Thank you.

You know what? 5.4 did fix the issue. I was too quick on the re-test. It took about 20 minutes for the upgrade of php to take effect. Thank you ??

    Mark ticket as resolved than.

    Thanks.

I am using PHP 5.4 and I still have this issue. Only reverting to version 1.42.3 of wp-property got my site back so it looks like there’s a bug in ver 1.42.4. I do hope it gets fixed soon.

It seems that version of PHP 5.4 that my web server is running on is a custom version supported only by the hosting company. This might be the issue. I’m negotiating with them to resolve the issue with PHP as I’ve now set this up locally on my own machine with the public version of PHP 5.4 and I can confirm that it does work.

salterra – is this issue resolved, or are you still experiencing problems? Let us know or please mark the topic as resolved. Thanks! ??

    Hello,

Ran into this same issue within the last 24 hours, white screen of death, same error:
“PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home3/austinr1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-property/core/class_core.php on line 456”
Running PHP 5.2 on web server, working to update but wanted to see if other issues should be addressed as well in order to get plugin buck up and running.

    Thanks!

    Joseph,

Be aware, WP-Property plugin requires PHP 5.3 or higher.
