    Hi,

Latest update appears to break Woocommerce product posts. I get a critical error message on any posts referring to PPOM.

I’ve resolved by reverting back ‘Legacy Inputs Rendering’ and it’s working.

Something not quite right in your latest version. My client’s site is used for process payments for legal services, where they need to input invoice number or client ID so I don’t have much scope for testing or troubleshooting I’m afraid.

WP and Woocommerce up to date, using Yith Name Your Price in conjunction with PPOM and Enfold theme. If it helps.

    Hey @pulclinecouk,

Thank you for using PPOM and for reaching out!

We already solved a fatal error and the fix is included in the latest version: 32.0.12. Can you kindly confirm if you’re using the latest version and still see this issue?

If so, can you share a screenshot or the error code?

    Hi AndreeaR.

    This is with version 32.0.12.

When the plugin updated (I schedule updates weekly), any pages or posts with woocommerce products & PPOM fields added resulted in a critical error message. As well as reverting back to earlier versions, I experimented with dropping PHP version, when I revert to 7.4 I get a 500 error.

When I set PPOM to legacy rendering in settings, it works fine.

I can send you a screenshot of a critical error message or 500 error, but I’m sure you’ve seen those before and my client will dump me if I mess with their site right now, they’re still a little sore. I don’t have time this week to spin up a staging site and troubleshoot.

    Site basics:

    PHP8.1

    Litespeed caching

    WP – latest

    Theme – Enfold latest

    Woo – latest

    Other plugins of note:

    YITH Name your price

    WordFence

    Woocommerce Opayo payment suite

Then some of the usual suspects, Yoast, Advanced Custom Fields, etc.

I’m fine with legacy rendering right now, but it’s obviously highlighting an issue with the latest release.

I’ll try to do a bit more digging when I get a chance, but it won’t be this week I’m afraid.

The site’s error_log file should contain the relevant message. It’s important that you find them and share them here.

Is there any custom code referring to PPOM fields?

Can you confirm that the Litespeed cache was cleared, including any opcode and object caches?

    Hi @pulclinecouk,

We released another update for the plugin to fix the issues reported in version 32.0.12. Please update PPOM to version 32.0.13, as this also should fix the issue you reported.

    Best regards,
