    Hello,

I created the following custom css type:
    – linking type: external
    – where on page: header
    – where in site: frontend

Updating changes are however not taken into effect (view source still shows old css). I also cleared browser cache and disabled litespeed cache plugin. Thank you.

Does this happen only for CSS custom codes placed in the header, frontend, external? Or does this happen also for other custom codes?

Could you check if this could be a conflict with another plugin? Try deactivating other plugins and see if the changed in the custom CSS are saved?

I’m only using 1 custom type (css).

Your css must be cached somewhere but i really don’t see where as i even deactivated cache plugin -> css file is updated but theme is not.

If i add few lines of css in appearance/theme editor or appearance/customize/additional css-> theme is updated.

    Thank you

From your first message I thought the changes don’t get saved at all.

Let’s say you make a change to the CSS code and click the “Publish” button. Are the changes saved in the editor? Above the editor you’ll find a link to the CSS custom code (for example: https://example/wp-content/uploads/custom-css-js/123.css). If you open that file are the changes saved there?

Could you give me a link to your website and tell me what CSS rule you changed in the CSS code and doesn’t get into effect?

Changes are saved but after some reading i think it might be a cascading issue. I will send wp login to https://www.silkypress.com/contact/ Thank you

No, please don’t send wp login. I only want to have a look at the frontend. The link to the website is enough.

Solved. Plugin is working perfectly. Diana found a small issue due to a misspell in my css. It was my fault but Diana was very reactive and very helpful. Thanks a lot.
