update customizr and it crashed my website

  • I just updated my customizr website and now my website looks like it has crashed. Everything is in the wrong place. It does not look like customizr anymore. I am not an IT wiz but it looks all wrong and I even tried to change the theme and they are all looking crashed. Even when I visit the website from my dashboard, I do not have the option to go back to dashboard (like you see at the left top) I have to click the backwards arrow sign. Pls help!

    if you change theme and you still have the same problem then don’t think is due to your latest customizr update.
    Is it the only thing you’ve updated?
    Your header isn’t loaded at all.
    Wanna try to re-upload customizr and/or the whole wordpress?

    Thanks for the reply.
    Yes, I only updated customizr. But, I also deleted other themes not in use, like Twenty fourteen and twenty twelve.

    Another question – if I re-uploaded customizr or wordpress, would it wipe out my pages and blog?
    Also how do I re-upload them?
