Update database after plugin update 1.2.7.5

    I would like to know what is the purpose of updating the database requested following the update 1.2.7.5?

    Is it imperative to update the database?
    What are the consequences?

    Because I implemented term in general and not only categories I changed the object type from ‘category’ to ‘term’ at the uam_accessgroup_to_object table.
