Update del.icio.us posts with wordpress posts

Hi all there is a way to update delicious post with the last post i write i wordpress? I found a plugin (bookmarker) that do this but i have a wordpress.com blog and i can’t install plugin on it… there is a way to do this without a plugin… I don’t won’t to spam.. i need only to update one del.icio.us post with the last wordpress post every time i write one…. If there isn’t a way to this without a plugin… there is some plugin that do this for me (bookmarker create a new post for every post update in wordpress and i don’t want to spam)?
