    I am getting an error message on my plugin page when I download the latest update … I would send you the error message but the submit button disappears when I load in the type of the error.

    We have have an issue with a version of of plugin not updating as it should, we have fixed this, can you try installing a fresh copy from the WP repository?

    Version 2.23.12.0 is still giving the same error message and does not install.

    You are installing the Premium plugin, do you have a Premium suscription.

    If not, please install the free version from the WP repository (the Premium plugin will only update if you have an active subscription)
