Update email address on WP user account

I have changed my email address for my user both in WordPress and here in the www.ads-software.com forums. I received the email to confirm and clicked the link but in both spots (WordPress and forums) there is still a message that “There is a pending change”

Why isn’t this updating? How do I fix it? I don’t want there to be a problem logging in or have an issue with security. Thank you
