Update error

  • I want to update my personal website, but each time I receive the following error:
    error:0D0890A1:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_verify:unknown message digest algorithm

    What can I do to fix this?

    Howdy!

    How are you trying to update? I’m guessing via the admin dashboard, right? You could also try updating things manually via SFTP. If you don’t know those details you can reach out to your hosting company and they can steer you in the right direction.
