UPDATE Error

Good day,

Please help, or advice what I need to do. There is currently a update available for my Redux plugin. When I update it, it changes my entire website layout and functionality etc. I’m not sure why it does this? I was able to reset my website to a previous date before I updated the plugin, now I’m to scared to update it as it changes everything and over rides my Theme options as well. It takes away the logo and changes all the fonts and colors and layouts when I update it. Please help. How can I update the plugin without it changing everything. Thank you in advanced for your time and help.
