    Hi @nicowob123,

This error typically occurs due to file permission issues on your server. To resolve this, you’ll need to check the file permissions for your WooCommerce plugin directory. They should be set to 755 for directories and 644 for files.

If you’re unsure how to do this, please get in touch with your hosting provider, and they should be able to assist you in changing the file permissions or updating the plugin accordingly.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello @nicowob123,

thank you for your diligence. Everything is ok on this part, all files and folder permissions are set correctly. The error occurs on different a file each time i try.

    Just to clarify:

    • Is your site storage full?
    • Do you run into any issues when uploading a test file to the wp-content directory via FTP?

Additionally, it might be worth considering a complete reinstallation of WooCommerce. All your settings and data are stored in the database, so no data loss should occur. Nevertheless, please ensure you have a reliable backup of your entire site and database. Many hosting companies offer this as part of their subscription, but you might also consider using a service like Jetpack.

Let us know how it goes!
