    Hi Marianoadie,

We are currently up to version 5.1.1 , if you could please update to the latest version the errors should disappear. Are you having issues with the update process?

    Thanks,
    Evan

Yes. I coudnt update to version 5.1.1 thats the problem. In the middle of the update process the error happens. “Is not posible to erase the older version.”

What version of WordPress are you running?

I have not seen this issue before. I would double check the permissions of your wp-content folder, as this error generally occurs when the permissions are preventing WordPress from altering any plugin files.

You can read about it further in this article: https://philipoakley.org/2010/10/15/wordpress-2/wordpress-plugin-upgrade-failed-error-finally-solved/

If you are still having issues and are not really sure how to proceed and need someone to take a look for you, you can email me at [email protected].

    Thanks,
    Evan

Ive update the plugin many times before. This is the only issue I have with any WP plugin. I gonna check the permissions. If the problem persist I gonna write you.

    Thanks for everything!

No problem at all, if you shoot me over an email I’ll get everything squared away. Its strange that the issue just popped up now after previously updating the plugin without issue.
