    Hi @malaga16 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are experiencing issues with the order page within your admin dashboard.

Please could you provide more clarity on what is meant by the page has broken down? Is it not visible at all? Is it displaying blank? What exactly are you experiencing on your end?

Additionally, please confirm if you are referring to the page found when navigating to WooCommerce > Orders within your dashboard?

Once I have more clarity, I will be happy to help further ??

    Thanks!

    Hi Roxanne!
    Thanks your reply.

Load blank page with an error message.
Unfortunately, I can’t tell you what the exact error message is because I restored the page from a backup.

Maybe the error message was Invalid link. Or the classic (default) wordpress error message. There are technical problems on our website

The problem was ONLY in admin side, and if i wanted open the Orders page.

    Hi @malaga16 ,

    Thanks for providing clarity!

Awesome work thinking of this! Has this made any difference to the issue you were experiencing?

If so, should the issue return, I would recommend performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts which may be causing this issue. The best way to determine this would be to:

    Clear site and browser cache
    – Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    – Check to see if the issue is still present

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

Please see the below documentation for a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts

You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers using the free WP Staging plugin.

    Hope this helps!
