update error after changing site url

So I changed my site url, and wordpress url.
which wasn’t a smart thing to do..
I partly fixed my problem by changing the site url back to what it was using phpmyadmin, basicly following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UsDg4qAgUPE
now I can login again, but I cant update or publish anything.

the wordpress settings tell me that the wordpress url is the same as the site url.
but I expect a problem there… since I did not change it back manually

I tried disabling the plugins, and changing the theme (divi builder is installed)
to no avail. also tried re-installing wordpress using the option in the dashboard,

I could really use some help because I was hired by a client to update their website with the new corporate identity I created for them, which I did but now I am screwed :S
